Quartirolo Lombardo DOP "Cremonesi"

A settembre, alla discesa dagli alpeggi, i mandriani lombardi erano soliti lasciar pascolare le mandrie nell’erba quartirola, cioè quella cresciuta dopo il terzo taglio estivo. Da qui, il nome Quartirolo. Il Quartirolo Lombardo e' un formaggio molle da tavola prodotto con latte vaccino derivante da almeno due mungiture di cui quella o quelle successive alla prima possono fornire latte intero o parzialmente scremato. Ha un peso di circa 2,5 kg per forma.

Robiola "Cremonesi"

Detta anche "Brescianella", per la zona di provenienza e di maggior consumo questo formaggio a pasta molle, prodotto con latte vaccino, viene selezionato per offrire il meglio ai nostri clienti. Puo' essere mantenuto in cella di stagionatura oppure venduto fresco. Ha una pasta bianca con un sapore leggermente dolce. di forma parallelepipeda ha un peso inferiore ad 1 kg.

Salame "Cremonesi"

Delicatessen product made from lean meats minced pork to medium ground and mixed with pork fat in the proportions defined by the recipe. Stuffed into natural casings, tied by hand, dried and seasoned in cells capable to cause a slow and gradual reduction of humidity, thus allowing the development of fermentative and enzymatic natural phenomena. Over time, the product undergoes changes that give the typical organoleptic characteristics suitable to ensure the preservation and wholesomeness.
